5.2 Custom Physical Goods: Customized goods are non-refundable for reasons other than quality issues once the order has been submitted to production. For quality-related returns and exchanges, please refer to the Refund Policy.
5.3 Service Failure: If the service cannot be used normally due to our technical failures, we will issue a full refund.

6.2 If you initiate a dispute directly with your bank or payment provider ("chargeback") without first contacting our customer service, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and to pursue recovery of the disputed amount.
