Welcome to petop! This tutorial will guide you through all the functional entry points and operating methods of the
website. Whether you want to generate artistic portraits or customize a physical keepsake, you'll find detailed
step-by-step instructions here.
At Petop, we believe every furry friend shines with their own light and deserves to be seen by the world.
Simply upload a few photos of your beloved pet, and we'll generate an exclusive pet model. Then, choose your favorite
style—whether it's dressing them in classical aristocratic attire, suiting them up as a superhero, or immersing them in
a gentle watercolor world—letting them embody countless personas across different themes.
Finally, whether realistic images or AI-generated artistic portraits, they will be carefully printed onto physical items
such as framed prints, cushions, puzzles, keychains, and more—bringing them from the digital world into your life. Let
your pet's likeness be more than just photos on your phone; make it a tangible companion and the most unique scenery in
your home.

I. Quick Start
1.1 User Registration
Entry: "Register" in the upper right corner of the website
Registration Methods:
- Email verification code registration
Steps:
1. Click "Register"
2. Choose email address and click "Get Verification Code"
3. Receive the email verification code, enter it, and set a password for your account
4. Click "Register Now"—the system verifies your information and automatically logs you in upon successful verification
After successful registration, you will enter the system main interface.
1.2 User Center
Entry: Click the avatar in the upper right corner after logging in → "User Center"
The User Center includes the following modules:

💡 Tip: We recommend creating a "Pet Profile" first—you can quickly select your pet during subsequent image generation.
II. Core Features
2.1 Pet Models (Managing Your Pet's Dedicated Model)
Entry: Top navigation bar → "Pet Models"
Feature Description:
Each pet requires training a dedicated AI model (which we call a "Pet Model") first. This model can then be used to
generate portraits in various styles. One model can be reused to generate any number of images.
Steps:
Step 1: Train a New Model
Go to the "Pet Models" page and click "Train Model." While the model is training, artistic photo generation can be
performed simultaneously. On the training model interface, you can choose among three modes: "Batch Generation," "Single
Generation," or "Train Pet Model Only."
After selecting "Single Generation," click the "Train Now" button.
Fill out the form. In the "Select Pet" field, choose the pet profile corresponding to the model. If you haven't created
one yet, click "+" to create it directly.
Set a name for the model you are training and enter it in the "Model Name" field.
The "Training Images" section is for uploading pet photos to train the model. To ensure training quality, the platform
requires at least 3 photos—we recommend uploading around 10 everyday photos from different angles with good lighting.
The higher the quality of the training photos, the better the model's output, and the more accurately the generated
images will reflect your pet's true appearance.
The platform will validate the training materials. Once they pass validation, click "Train Now" to start training. If
your current account does not have a membership package or training credits, the platform will prompt you to make a
purchase.
For users who do not have everyday photo materials available, you may choose the "No Images Added" training mode. This
mode does not require uploading photos and will generate a general model consistent with your pet's breed. This training
mode does not consume training credits.
During training, you can check the progress or leave the page to browse. After approximately 3–6 minutes, model training
will be completed. If you selected "Batch Generation" or "Single Generation" when training the model, the image
generation process will automatically begin after model completion.
Step 2: Model Management
Click "Pet Models" in the top navigation bar to access the "Pet Models" page, where you can view all trained pet models.
The cover image of each pet model defaults to the first training photo. If you wish to change it, click the upper right
corner of the pet model card and select "Change Cover." You can choose images from either training photos or generated
images as the cover.
Click on a model card to enter the model details page. Click "Generate Images" to go to the generation wizard. Select
"Batch Generation" or "Single Generation," confirm, and click "Generate Now."
The platform will redirect to the image generation progress page, where you can monitor the actual progress. After
approximately a few minutes, the images will be generated.
Generated images can be viewed in the gallery or previewed in various ways within the current model details page.
📷 Photo Upload Requirements:
- Quantity: 8–12 photos
- Lighting: Adequate and even, avoiding backlight
- Angles: Front, side, close-up, and multiple other angles
- Background: Clean and simple, avoiding clutter
- Clarity: Avoid blurry or low-resolution images
2.2 Style Explorer (Selecting Generation Styles)
Entry: Top navigation bar → "Style Explorer"
Feature Description:
This section showcases all available generation styles, including two types: "Single Image" and "Collection."
Style Type Descriptions:

Steps:
1. Go to "Style Explorer" and browse the list of styles/collections
2. Click on the image area of any style or collection card to view the expected effect in full screen
3. Click the "Generate Images" button at the bottom of the card to go to the generation configuration page. Here you
can see the number of images included in the collection, and your pet model selection options—you can either train a
new pet model directly or select an existing one. Training a new model follows the same process; for this step,
choose "Select Pet Model."
4. After selecting "Select Pet Model," choose the pet model you wish to use for image generation.
5. Click "Generate Now." The system will verify your generation credits. Upon confirmation, the generation process will
begin.
6. Wait 2–5 minutes for all images in the collection to be generated.
In addition to viewing generated images within the model page in "Pet Models," you can also view and download all images
in the "Pet Gallery."
2.3 Pet Gallery (Managing All Images)
Entry: Top navigation bar → "Pet Gallery"
Feature Description:
This section displays all your pet images in one place—including both your uploaded original photos and AI-generated
portraits. The gallery is organized by pet and image type for easy management and review.
Available Functions:
- Filter by Pet: Select a specific pet to view only its photos
- Filter by Type: All / Uploaded Images / Generated Images / Favorite Images
- Image Actions:
- Click to enlarge and preview
- Delete images
- Favorite images
💡 Images generated by a pet model will be automatically saved to that pet's gallery.
III. Custom Merchandise (Turning Images into Physical Products)
3.1 Customize Merchandise
Entry: Top navigation bar → "Customize Merchandise"
Feature Description:
Print your generated AI portraits onto physical products. We support various product types, including canvas prints,
T-shirts, cushions, keychains, puzzles, and more.
All displayed products support customization. You can select images from your "Pet Gallery" for customization.
Steps:
Step 1: Select a Product
1. Go to the "Customize Merchandise" page and browse product categories
2. Click on a product (e.g., "Modern Round Wall Clock") to enter its details page
3. Select specifications (size, material, frame color, etc.)
4. Click the "Customize" button to enter the online customization tool
Step 2: Select an Image and Preview
The product customization page consists of three main sections: image selection, workspace, and preview area.
- In the image selection section, choose from model-generated images, user-uploaded images, or favorites. Add images
to the workspace by double-clicking or dragging.
- In the workspace, you can scale, rotate, and reposition the image. The red outlined area indicates the print
zone—ensure the image fully covers it.
- In the preview area on the right, you can view real-time mockups in different scenes. Once satisfied, click "Save to
Cart."
Step 3: Checkout and Payment
1. Go to your shopping cart, confirm product details and quantities, and click "Check Out" to enter the order
information page
2. Fill in shipping address, contact name, phone number, order notes, etc. In the product list, you can view the
customized effect by checking the "Variation" section—confirm everything is correct
3. Select a payment method (Alipay / WeChat Pay / PayPal)
4. Click "Confirm Order" and complete the payment
Step 4: Await Delivery
- Order status can be tracked in User Center → Product Orders
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days (domestic)
💡 All merchandise is made-to-order (POD). Production begins immediately after order placement. Non-quality-related
returns/exchanges are not accepted. For quality issues, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt.
IV. Memberships and Packages (Model Training & Image Generation)
4.1 Credit Usage Description
The platform operates on a credit consumption system. You need to purchase credit packs or membership packages to use AI
services.

💡 Once a model is trained, regenerating images only consumes generation credits—no additional training is required.
4.2 How to Purchase Credits
Entry: User Center → Membership Center → Purchase Package
Credits can be purchased through membership packages or one-time purchases. Membership packages include more benefits
and discounts.
- Purchasing a "Membership Package" grants you membership status, with different packages offering varying numbers of
training credits, generation credits, online gallery space, model storage duration, HD image downloads, and other
benefits.
- Purchasing a "One-Time Purchase" provides model training credits and photo generation credits, primarily designed
for experiencing the platform's services.
💡 Specific pricing and package contents are subject to the information displayed on the page. Packages have no time
limit—use them until they are depleted.
4.3 View Remaining Credits
Entry: User Center → Membership Center (remaining training and generation credits are displayed at the top of the home
page)
V. Common Operation Flowcharts
First-Time User Image Generation Process:
Register/Login → Purchase Credit Pack/Package → Train Pet Model → Select Style → Generate Images → Download/Customize
Existing Model — Generate New Images:
Login → Style Explorer → Select Style → Choose Existing Model → Generate Images → Download/Customize
Customizing Physical Merchandise:
Login → Customize Merchandise → Select Product → Customize → Select Image → Preview → Add to Cart → Payment → Await

VI. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: How many images can I generate with one trained model?
A: Unlimited. Once a model is trained, it can be reused repeatedly—each generation simply consumes generation credits.
Q: What if generation fails?
A: If model training fails for technical reasons, your training credit will not be consumed. If image generation fails
for technical reasons, your generation credits will not be consumed.
Q: Can I delete a trained model?
A: Yes. Go to the "Pet Models" page, select the desired model, click the "More" icon in the upper right corner of the
card, and choose "Delete Model." Once deleted, it cannot be recovered, but previously generated images using that model
will remain in the gallery.
Q: Can customized products be returned or exchanged?
A: Due to their personalized nature, customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for non-quality
reasons. For quality issues, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt.
Q: Do credits expire?
A: Training and generation credits currently have no expiration date—use them until they run out. If this policy
changes, we will announce it in advance.
VII. Important Notes on AI-Generated Image Results
While AI-generated images are amazing, they are not 100% perfect magic. The final result is influenced by multiple
factors—whether your uploaded training photos are clear, whether lighting is even, whether angles are varied, and even
factors like your pet's coat color depth and facial feature distinctiveness can affect how well the AI "understands" and
"recreates" your pet.
We certainly hope every generated image makes you say "wow." But if the results are less than ideal—for example, a
certain angle doesn't look quite right, or a small detail appears off—you don't have to settle, and you don't have to
pay again. We've included a dedicated "Request Regeneration" entry on the results page.
Specific Rules:
- If you are unsatisfied with some or all of the generated images in this round, click "Request Regeneration" directly
on the results page
- The platform will review your request within 1–3 business days. As long as the issue is indeed a quality/effect
problem and not subjective aesthetic preference, it will be approved
- Upon approval, you can click "Regenerate" to regenerate this entire set—completely free of charge and without
consuming your package's generation credits
- Requests for regeneration that show no apparent generation issues may be rejected

Tips for Improving Generation Success Rate (from our hard-earned experience):
✅ Upload 5–12 photos from different angles (front, side, half-body)
✅ Use well-lit photos—avoid backlighting and blurriness
✅ Keep the background as simple and uncluttered as possible
✅ Avoid collars/clothing if possible (if you can't remove them, that's okay, but try to minimize facial obstruction)
❌ Don't upload all selfies from the same angle—the AI won't learn three-dimensionality
❌ Don't upload group photos or photos with multiple people/pets—the AI won't distinguish who is who
